I help front line leaders create a sustainable boost in performance and morale inside their team using the tailor made and proven Farrell Sustainable program.
I love working with leaders, who desire to take their leadership skills to the next level. My goal is to make a difference with leaders such that they can be agile and lead their teams in this new norm.

I am an Adler trained coach with Masters in Organizational Management and a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University. Experienced in performance management of teams in a unionized and non-unionized environment. 20 years experience training leaders on how to be coach leaders and create high performance teams across Ontario, including a significant number of leaders and their teams at a provincial government agency. 25+ years experience facilitating, leading and successfully implementing change initiatives. Known ability to problem solve.
